International shipping is calculated at check out. Please note, all international packages may be subject to duties and taxes. Kindly check with your local customs website for more information.
All orders are shipped via FEDEX. Deliveries are generally made every business day from 9AM to 5PM local time. We know you want your purchase as quickly as possible and strive to minimize delays. Deliveries may take longer during domestic and European holidays and high-volume sales seasons. Please get in touch with questions or concerns about shipping times.
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
We deliver worldwide, however, delivery times may increase depending on the delivery destination. The average delivery time within Europe is 3 business days. Deliveries to North America and Asia may take up to 5 business days.
Invoices for orders delivered by couriers are available to both download and print online from the customer’s individual account area. Once such information has been issued, no changes can be generated.
We offer a worldwide flat rate shipping fee starting from 15€/19.99$ for each individual warehouse order, no matter the dimensions or weight of the package. For larger orders that might include an additional discount, a member of our customer services team will contact the client to discuss shipment details and delivery time.
Verification is required if the number of packages delivered corresponds to that shown on the transport document, if the packaging is intact, and/or if the product matches the order. If this is the case, customers must sign the delivery correspondents with ”the right to check the integrity of the products”. If this fails to be completed, customers may not dispute the non-matching appearance or quantity of the product ordered after delivery.
